**About the Role**

BIZZINTEL TECHNOLOGY INC. is seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.

**Requirements**

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience is an asset.

**Working Conditions**

Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week. Work Language: English. Work Term: Permanent.
