Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for maintenance and repairs.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
