Hotel Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning and maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for maintenance and cleaning projects
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Coordinate work activities with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
