Job Description

We are currently searching for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve our customers by providing healthcare services on a daily basis, exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) working inside the facility to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular temperature checks and symptom assessments for Covid-19 among residents and take necessary actions.
  • Create accurate records of patients' checkups, medications, and other vital information.
  • Maintain inventory of medicines and supplies, ordering as needed, and train new PSWs to adhere to company policies.
  • Foster a culture of safe work habits and provide education on medication administration and storage procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to address daily needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately, handling sensitive situations with empathy.
  • A team player with a friendly and professional attitude, capable of developing rapport quickly with customers and internal partners.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • A valid LPN/RPN registration, 2-step TB test within a year, and Vulnerable Sector Check within a year.
