Stock Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Associate Store 397. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our inventory is accurately managed.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of grocery clerks and shelf stockers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy lifting requirements.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
