Security Supervisor Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Regal Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and maintaining a safe working environment.
About the Role:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to security staff on matters related to emergency situations, equipment operation, and customer service.
- Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve processes and procedures.
- Schedule and supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
About You:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a security or related field.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
