Responsabilités
  • Collaborer à l'élaboration des états financiers mensuels et annuels;
  • Identifier et analyser les écarts pour la préparation et l'analyse des états financiers;
  • Préparer des rapports financiers et des analyses ad hoc pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques;
  • Collaborer à l'audit interne et à l'audit de fin d'année;
  • Assister à la préparation de dossiers réglementaires;
  • Participer à la budgétisation et à la planification à long terme;
  • Examiner les processus financiers pour améliorer l'efficacité;
  • Continuer à développer des outils de modélisation pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Exigences et qualifications
  • Baccalauréat en finances ou en administration des affaires et 2-4 années d'expérience pertinente;
  • Titre comptable professionnel ou en voie d'obtention;
  • Fluence en français (lecture, écriture, conversation) et connaissance de l'anglais (lecture, écriture, conversation);
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse;
  • Fortes habiletés en communication (orale et écrite);
  • Esprit d'équipe et de leadership;
  • Capacité de travailler de manière autonome dans des délais serrés;
  • Rigoureux et attentionné au détail;
  • Capacité d'assimiler et d'appliquer des concepts théoriques complexes;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office et très fortes compétences en Excel.
