About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Brookfield Renewable, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and quarterly actual results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders;
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial planning and analysis into business operations;
  • Develop and maintain financial tools and processes to improve data quality and transparency;
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analysis;
  • Engage with regional counterparts to stay informed on business activities and initiatives;
  • Support the Manager, FP&A in various related activities and projects.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Professional designation (CPA, CFA) or equivalent experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools.
