Food Service Team Lead

Pizza Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are always operating within budget.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
