Job Title: Reliability Engineer

At EVRAZ North America, we are committed to excellence and success. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our industrial manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an Asset Management Plan to identify and control risks, standardize processes, and optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Deploy, develop, enhance, support, and maintain Oracle eAM 12.2 Master Data within the Oracle Database.
  • Design and implement engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems affecting plant operations.
  • Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on unscheduled delays, track action items, and drive resolution.
  • Evaluate and implement condition-based monitoring (CBM) technologies and predictive maintenance (PdM) where applicable.
  • Support the capital project process (CAPEX) and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Projects to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
  • Contribute to production capacity planning based on analysis of preventive maintenance requirements, repair histories, and inspection reports.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through extended parts life, reduced labor costs, and other material-related improvement techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with condition-based monitoring (CBM) and predictive maintenance (PdM).
  • Intermediate to advanced user within CMMS system (Oracle eAM 12.2 preferred, SAP, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret P&ID drawings (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven teamwork, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in project administration.
