Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Ultramar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
