Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ultramar. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with the settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and other essential services.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Equivalent experience in a related field
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
