Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Development Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment. This includes performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, and responding to enquiries from the business community.

You will also provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals, conduct comparative research on marketing strategies, prepare reports and research papers, and conduct social or economic surveys. Additionally, you will review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects, develop feasibility studies, and ensure appropriate business licenses are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Plan development projects
  • Respond to enquiries from the business community

Requirements:
