Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Accurate Aluminum Ltd. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them accurately to ensure high-quality products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to join metal components.
  • Metal Preparation: Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to precise specifications.
  • Material Evaluation: Determine the weldability of materials to ensure optimal results.
  • Machine Operation: Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or fill holes, indentations, and seams.
  • Production Line Management: Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure continuous production.
