At AC Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity & Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional desktop support, server maintenance, and networking solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Job Summary

Cybersecurity & Network Infrastructure Specialists at AC Global are proficient in spoken and written English and have a strong background in IT support, desktop maintenance, and networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server maintenance, network cabling, and hardware repairs, as well as a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Desktop Support:
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
    • Perform system updates, software installations, and virus/malware removal.
    • Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other external devices.
  • Server Maintenance:
    • Assist in server setup and configuration (Windows/Linux).
    • Monitor server health, perform backups, and ensure proper security protocols.
    • Replace components in servers and other equipment as needed.
  • Networking & Cabling:
    • Install, terminate, and test network cables (Ethernet, fiber optic).
    • Set up and maintain small to mid-size networks, including switches, routers, and access points.
    • Install and maintain IoT devices and systems.
    • Installation of IP Camera's
  • Onsite Support:
    • Provide IT support to clients onsite, ensuring timely and professional service.
    • Set up and configure client systems, including PCs, servers, and networking equipment.
    • Assist with cabling, including new network installations and upgrades.
    • Be available for on-call and emergency service calls.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.
