Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- 35 hours per week.
- Anglais.
