Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 369 Hospitality INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
