Welcome to the Financial Management Services team at the City of St. Catharines

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable billing system, preparing invoices and adjustments, and keeping customer files up-to-date.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Maintaining accurate and timely accounts receivable invoicing, ensuring proper rates and changes are input into the computerized system.
  2. Acting as a liaison with other departments, receiving inter-office memos to issue and adjust accounts receivable billings.
  3. Performing daily meter card data entry and verification checks required for bi-weekly water billings.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our residents and businesses.
