About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Cardiology Technologist to join our team. As a Cardiovascular Health Professional, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care through the performance of noninvasive cardiac diagnostic tests. Your ability to adapt to flexible workloads and stressful situations will ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing various noninvasive cardiac tests with precision and accuracy
  • Preparing patients for complex procedures such as Holter Scanning and Event Loop Recorder interpretation
  • Providing expert guidance on test protocols and data analysis to junior team members
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Current registration and good standing with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists
  • Grade 12 plus completion of a Cardiology Technology program or acceptable equivalent
  • Recent clinical experience in an ECG Department and demonstrated proficiency in performing EKGs, Holter Monitors, Stress Testing, and other related tasks
