Job Title: Director of People Data and Analytics

Richemont is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Data and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people data and analytics strategy that drives business decisions and improves organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a people data and analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives decision-making.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and IT partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people data and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR analytics and insights, with a focus on data analysis and strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR functions and processes.
