Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to improve student learning and school performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
  • Monitor progress in student learning and school improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a shared vision for the school and its program.
  • Model the school's values and practices, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  • Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualifications.
  • Four administrative references, including a current supervisor and two leaders.
