We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MAHI ONTARIO INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all food and kitchen essentials are available
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to train and supervise staff
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
