Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Franchise. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production demands.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and preparation methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and employee performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
