Culinary Specialist

Western Pizza is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills essential.

- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
