Culinary Specialist at Western Pizza
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Western Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
