Job Summary:

This is a critical frontline role where you will represent the John Lewis Partnership with every customer interaction. Your impression of our company is directly tied to your ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a result, you should possess a flexible approach, the ability to think on your feet, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our business by continuously improving our operations and increasing productivity.
  • You will be the face of our company, delivering our unique blend of quality and service to customers through our delivery service.
  • When not on delivery routes, you will assist with tasks such as stock control, cashiering, and lifting heavy products.
  • A strong appreciation of health and safety is essential, as well as excellent driving skills, which will be assessed as part of the application process.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a full, valid UK manual driving license with no more than six points and be at least 18 years old.
  • Part of the application process will include a license check and a security check to confirm your suitability for the role.
  • Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles are desirable.

Working Arrangements:
