Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that all food is presented to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and bending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Be exposed to hot and noisy conditions.
  • Be physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and bending.
