Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Van Cheong Tea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our production processes and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
