About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at St-Hubert Sainte-Foy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
