We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Singh's Farm 5 Incorporated. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, processing payments, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

This is a permanent position with a work term of up to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
