Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hearing care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Provide personalized and empathetic care to clients, guiding them through comprehensive hearing tests and interpreting test results to select suitable hearing aid solutions.
- Hearing Aid Solutions: Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience, offering continuous client care and support.
- Industry Knowledge: Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education.
- Community Outreach: Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships.
- Clinical Expertise: Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects, supervise or mentor students and train new staff members when applicable.
- Clinic Culture: Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards.

- Certification & Licensing: A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program, registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
- Skills & Experience: Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices, able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues, able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator, adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.
