About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client care and empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to select suitable hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
  • Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support
  • Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards

Requirements
  • Certification and licensing as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices
  • Able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator
  • Adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
  • Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services
