Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual technical support advisor to join our team at YOVU Office Phone. As a technical support advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
