Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to join our team at Phantom Creek Estates Ltd. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of success in operations management, sales, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  2. Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  3. Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  4. Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation.
  5. Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  6. Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth.
  7. Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of success in operations management, sales, and brand management.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
