Job Title: Pharmacist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Lawtons Drugs in Shelburne, Nova Scotia.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacist with our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to provide clinical services, including chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, and other prescribing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and counseling, including medication reviews and health risk assessments
  • Initiate care plans and follow up with patients as needed
  • Collect and document patient information, including medical history and medication lists
  • Monitor and optimize medication adherence
  • Provide personalized interactions and interventions for patients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of Nova Scotia
  • Authorization to Administer Injections
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
