Pharmacist Role at Lawtons

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide clinical services and patient care in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care, including clinical services, care plans, and medication reviews
  • Collect patient information, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and monitor medication adherence
  • Provide patient counseling and personalized interactions
  • Exceed patient expectations through superior service and compassion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility
  • Authorization to Administer Injections
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently
