Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Lanark Lifestyles Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to our clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
  • Perform tasks related to patient care and comfort, including taking vital signs and assisting with daily living activities
  • Provide support with exercise routines and maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance on healthy habits
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in a home care or visiting care agency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide physical support and assistance with daily living activities
