Job Summary

Lanark Lifestyles Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes or in our nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment
  • Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
  • Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse
  • Weigh, lift, turn and position patients
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines
  • Bathe, dress and groom patients
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a home care or nursing home setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
