The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-years experience in real estate files. They should possess strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Unity, and MS Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete purchase and mortgage files from start to finish
  • Prepare and review bank documents
  • Draft and coordinate necessary documentation for closings
  • Conduct and review title searches
  • Register documentation in Teraview, Conveyancer, and Unity

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-years experience in real estate files
  • Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Unity, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
