About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Law Clerk to join our team, specializing in real estate files coordination and conveyancing. In this position, you will work closely with our attorneys to manage complex real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Coordinate and manage real estate files, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks">
  3. Review and prepare documentation, including bank documents, title searches, and requisitions">
  4. Utilize advanced technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Unity, and MS Word and Outlook to organize and coordinate files and closings">
  5. Collaborate with our attorneys to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate files management, including purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing. You should possess strong technical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
