Full Stack Java Developer for Global Digital Solutions

We are a global consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions.

Synechron's FinLabs and Center of Excellences (CoE) groups work with top clients, boasting a global workforce of 14,500+ across 21 countries.

Our goal is to create high-scale web applications that integrate front-end components seamlessly.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying large-scale Java web applications and RESTful APIs.

You will maintain central databases, ensuring excellent performance and reliability under front-end demands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience in building, designing, and deploying web applications and RESTful APIs
  • Developing large scale Java web applications
  • Maintaining central databases
  • Ensuring responsiveness and performance of applications
  • Integrating front-end elements into the application
  • Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments
  • Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Attending group gatherings to discuss initiatives and goals
  • Troubleshooting, fixing, and coding for other developers
  • Meeting deadlines on time-sensitive deliveries
  • Creating thorough reports on work accomplished and projects completed

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven maximum years of experience in Java-based programming
  • Experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript
  • Experience in React or Angular framework (preferably React)
  • Experience in developing/designing micro-service architecture
  • Extensive experience in one of the cloud providers AWS/Azure and migrating large scale
  • Experience in microservices
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML5
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A degree in coding, computer science, or a related subject is required
  • A solid portfolio of high-quality code builds to your credit
  • Capability to collaborate with several other developers and mentor junior team members
