Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-based microservice architecture using Java Spring Boot or Go Lang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design new software solutions using cloud-based microservice architecture
  • Collaborate with architects, UX Designers, product owners, QA, and DevOps to prioritize delivering value to our customers in an Agile environment
  • Define standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure quality and velocity for the team
  • Support our users by resolving production escalations
  • Guide, motivate, and help grow the team while solving complex business problems

Requirements:

  • University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack developer
  • Expertise in web development including a high proficiency in React/Redux using JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML5, and CSS
  • Expertise in the use of Java Spring Boot or Go Lang to create microservices
  • Experience in working with Docker and on cloud-native solutions with a platform like Kubernetes clusters hosted on a public cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure, or AWS)
  • Development experience implementing RESTful APIs
  • Strong knowledge of NoSQL or RDBMS Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
  • Strong Experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Expertise using source code management tools and best practices (Git, Maven, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, and/or Elasticsearch, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
