Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including checking and lubricating bearings, belts, and other moving parts.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical connections, contactors, and other system components to identify and resolve issues.
  • Operate and maintain cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and glycol systems.
  • Inspect and repair refrigerant leaks and other system malfunctions.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heating systems, including boilers, direct fired units, and domestic hot water tanks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand system designs and layouts.
  • Work with contractors to complete services and repairs as needed.
Requirements
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification (313A)
  • G1 Gas Technician License
  • ODP Ozone Depletion Prevention certificate
  • Direct fire burner experience preferred
  • 5 years industrial experience preferred
