Job Title: Supply Caretaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities maintenance team as a Supply Caretaker. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness within the building, ensuring that the area of responsibility is clean, safe, and healthy for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and disposal of supplies and equipment.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  4. Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure that the building is maintained in a state of good repair.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
