Job Summary

Estiatorio Milos is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables, reset table settings, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Support to Servers and Runners: Assist servers and runners with their tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Restock service stations with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and other essentials to maintain a high level of service.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the FOH team to set tables, make arrangements for special requests, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and be receptive to feedback and direction.
What We Offer

Estiatorio Milos offers a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
