Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to join our team in the Greater Toronto Region. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure team, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for Ministry of Transportation (MTO) highway programs.

With a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering major MTO projects, you will play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. You will be responsible for managing design projects upon award, supported by a strong design team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience delivering major/significant MTO projects. You will also have hands-on project management experience for 3 to 5 large MTO detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects.

  • Registered Professional Engineer
