We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Engineering to join our team at CB Canada. About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, with experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with CB Canada's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver business outcomes
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with CB Canada's policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello
