The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, planning menus, and ensuring that food meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong background in culinary arts
