Job Summary

As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a seamless food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and maintain the dining area, including setting tables, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including taking orders and delivering food to tables.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
