Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional sales and service to all customers.

  • Perform minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning to ensure high-quality products.
  • Participate in and complete our customized training programs to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.
  • Adhere to all security and loss prevention procedures to protect our customers and assets.
